If you visit Ha Noi the odd days, you can have a chance to visit the Vietnam Ethnology Museum; and the even days are better choices to visit the nearby ceramics center of Bat Trang.
The astounding range of ceramics product in Bat Trang over the centuries is well illustrated. For centuries Bat Trang ceramics have been exported to Japan, china, Southeast Asia and Europe and still are to day.
AM: pick up time 7:45-8:30p depending on the guest’s location,then depart for city tour. We start to visit Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum – the final resting place of Vietnamese great father or uncle Ho, the stilt house – where Uncle Ho lived and worked from 1958 to 1969, then visit Ho Chi Minh’s museum where tourist will learn about his devotion for Vietnam.
The next stop is Tran Quoc pagoda ,Buddhist relicsand national heritage, lying one side of West Lake. We drive to Van Mieu- Quoc Tu Giam, which is consider the first university in Vietnam, Its ancient architecture,built with fairly big scale that still exists until present in Ha Noi capital.
Van Mieu (Temple of Literature) had been built in October 1073 to worship Confucius,the founder of Confucianism and Chu Van An headmaster of Quoc Tu Giam (Imperial College) – representing for the high moral philosophy and ethics of Vietnam education.
12.00 : have lunch at a local restaurant
PM: continue our trip to the highlight of the day- Bat Trang ceramics village with a half millenary historic development and about 13kilomtres south east of Ha Noi centre. As time went by the village’s product have developed and well known for the best quality style and glaze , both inside and outside of the nation.
We drive back to Hoan Kiem legend lake to visit Ngoc Son temple whixh respects Van Xuong saint and Tran Hung Dao former general commaner. We also know about the Vietnamese and French architecture around the lake. See you off at your hotel.
